*A consultation call is required to reserve your event date.* Venue Rental for 6 hrs (Half Day) up to 50 Guests Tables & Chairs: Black Folding Chairs or Chiavari Acrylic Chairs Elegant Backdrop with Panels (8x10) Elegant Half Balloon Garland (8 FT) Polyester Tablecloths (6 Tables) (2 food Tables) Basic Centerpieces ( 3 Floral Arrangements & 3 Floating Candles/Mirrors) This package includes venue rental and all the amenities listed below: Wifi Fire Tv Projector Kitchenette Area Restroom with handicapped access Surround Sound System Heating & Air Conditioning Uplighting Parking Lot On-site Bartender (3 Hours) Set-up and clean-up are included within your booked time. Time Slots: 11am-5pm & 6pm-12am We require a "Fully Refundable" $200 security deposit during the event to secure payment for any damages or breach of contract. If no damages occur and there is no breach of contract, the security deposit will be returned within 24 hours after the event and inspection of the venue.
