-This package does not include Alcohol. -This package includes venue rental and all the amenities listed below: Tables & Chairs Wifi Fire Tv Projector Kitchenette Area Restroom with handicap access Surround Sound System Heating & Air Conditioning Uplighting Parking Lot - Set-up and clean-up is included within your booked time. - Time Slots: 11am-5pm & 6pm-12am - We Require a "Fully Refundable"$200 security deposit during the entirety of the event to secure payment for any damages or breech of contract. If no damages occur and there is no breach of contract, the security deposit will be returned within 24 hours after the event and inspection of the venue
